ENGL 288 F: Introduction to Professional and Technical Writing

In your career beyond the University, you’ll be producing a great deal of content, and being proficient in the various composition practices available online and in professional settings will help you excel in whatever career path you take. Technical Writing is the field that studies and teaches this kind of content production. In this class, you will have the opportunity to practice these professional and technical genres. You will blog, create social media content, produce reports, and white papers. Most importantly, you will learn how to produce content that moves people.
