        Syllabus Description (from Canvas):
        In your career beyond the University, you’ll be producing a great deal of content, and being proficient in the various composition practices available online and in professional settings will help you excel in whatever career path you take. Technical Writing is the field that studies and teaches this kind of content production. In this class, you will have the opportunity to practice these professional and technical genres. You will blog, create social media content, produce reports, and white papers. Most importantly, you will learn how to produce content that moves people. This work will culminate in a professional portfolio that you will be able to build upon as you continue through the University and go into your career.
Catalog Description:
        Covers how to communicate ethically, accurately, and clearly in a variety of technical and professional genres and rhetorical situations. Students engage in the writing process by analyzing, writing, and reviewing technical and professional documents. Offered: AWSpS.
