Syllabus Description:

Common Questions about Registration

I am aware that the class is currently full. Keep checking to see if someone drops.

I will not have add codes until the first week of the quarter. If you are interested in taking this class, email me (mayas@uw.edu) to be put on a wait list. If there is room, I will give out add codes in class on the first day we meet. You must attend class in order to receive one.

Can seniors take this class? Yes

Is it OK if I miss the first two weeks of class because I'm coming back late from winter break? While it's unlikely that you will fail if you do this, it's possible that your grade will suffer, and you will certainly miss out on important information and bonding opportunities with your classmates.

This class provides “W” credit, as well as A&H credit.

You can find all the usual components of a syllabus through links along the left-hand side of this screen, in alphabetical order. If you would like a version to print out, you can find it here: SYLLABUS.
