The CIC and UW Libraries will co-host a follow-up event that centers discussion around board games and how they can be integrated into teaching curriculum. Attendees at the second workshop will act as both students and as teachers, “play testing” the curriculum so we can revise it and then circulate it to other teachers. It will be fun (you get to play board games!) and educational (you get to bring home some teaching artifacts!). You do not need to have attended the first event, and no prior knowledge about board games is required.
If you know in advance that you will be attending, please RSVP to Sara Lovett. Walk-ins are also welcome, and it’s okay if you need to arrive late or leave early.
