The Expository Writing Program and Critical Classrooms is hosting an upcoming Teacher Talk. Please join Francesca Colonnese & other instructors for a community discussion on the spate of Covid-19 positive cases in the composition classroom and the anxieties that we all experience and share.
Topics we hope to discuss include:
- Maintaining stability in the face of uncertainty
- Navigating confirmed and non-confirmed cases of Covid exposure in the classroom
- Anxiety feedback loops between students and instructors
This will be an informal, virtual space to voice concerns and offer community support; a workshop focused on logistical concerns and strategies will follow at a later date, hosted by Computer Integrated Classrooms (CIC).
