Syllabus Description:

ENGL 297B is a 5-credit writing seminar linked with the lecture course CLAS 430, Greek & Roman Mythology. This class provides the opportunity to expand on the themes and content of CLAS 430 through analytic and creative writing, some of which is collaborative. Students will produce three major papers and engage in peer review of classmates' papers. The goal is to build a supportive workshop setting for writing, revising and editing.
Catalog Description: 
Expository writing based on materials presented in a specified humanities course. Assignments include drafts of papers to be submitted in the specified course, and other pieces of analytical prose. Concurrent registration in the specified course required. Offered: AWSpS.
