This study examines three movies in juxtaposition to each other: Halloween (1978), Get Out (2017), and X (2022) to understand how horror films portray the "Final Girl", or the last one standing at the end of the chaos. My thesis hopes to connect these three films to each other to investigate how race and gender play a vital role in the survivor's journey
