Preston Rowley:  Father: The Modern Reflections of Toxic Men

This study is a full-length play based on the myth of the birth of Athena, retold in a modern context which seeks to critique masculinity. Attached to the play itself is a writer's statement, which reveals much of my process when developing the piece into the final draft, also citing numerous sources which inspired the way I decided to tell the story.
